General processing.
We process personal data only as necessary to provide this website and respond to requests. Where you contact us, the legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing for other purposes takes place only with consent or where permitted or required by law.
Website delivery and log files.
When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technical information necessary for delivery, stability, and security: referring page, date and time, browser and operating system, HTTP status, transferred data, device, requested pages, and IP address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and analytics.
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to understand how visitors find and use the website, including page views, approximate location, device and browser information, scroll activity, outbound-link clicks, and file downloads. We do not enable advertising storage, Google signals, or advertising personalisation.
Google Analytics is completely blocked until you select Analytics and save your choices, or select Accept all. If you leave Analytics unselected, no Google Analytics tag is loaded. If you consent, Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id>. We configure these cookies to expire no later than 180 days after the first visit without extending that period on later page loads. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses from users in the EU.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. You may reject analytics without disadvantage and change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal applies to future processing and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this domain.
Analytics data may be processed by Google group companies and service providers outside the European Economic Area. Google’s data-processing terms include the mechanisms it uses for relevant international transfers. We configure user-level and event-level retention separately in Google Analytics; the intended setting for this property is two months.
Apollo website visitor tracking.
With your consent, we use Apollo website visitor tracking provided by ZenLeads, Inc., doing business as Apollo.io, 440 N Barranca Ave #4750, Covina, CA 91723-1722, United States. We use it to understand which companies visit the website, which pages they view, how frequently they visit, and which visits may indicate business interest. Depending on Apollo's configuration, the visitor's location, and the availability of a match, Apollo may also associate a visit with a business contact. Apollo states that contact-level identification is currently available only for United States-based contacts; visitors elsewhere can be identified only at company level.
The Apollo tracker may process the IP address, a first-party cookie or similar browser identifier, visited URLs, page-view dates and times, referrer information, and browser or device information. Apollo may use identifiers such as IP addresses to infer or match company, location, industry, and professional business-contact information from its own sources. We use the resulting information for B2B lead qualification and appropriate business follow-up.
The Apollo script is classified as marketing and is completely blocked until you select Marketing or Accept all in the consent banner. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can refuse marketing tracking without disadvantage and withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal prevents the Apollo tracker from loading on future page views.
Apollo processes data in the United States and may use service providers in other countries. Apollo states that it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and primarily relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We retain Apollo visitor information only for as long as necessary for lead qualification and follow-up, subject to account settings and legal obligations. Apollo applies its own retention criteria under its privacy policy.
More information is available in Apollo's privacy policy, data processing addendum, and Privacy Center, where individuals can submit access, objection, opt-out, or deletion requests.
Contact and booking.
Email and telephone inquiries are processed to answer your request. The booking page embeds Google Calendar's appointment interface; Google's own privacy terms apply when you use it.
Data security and retention.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures and retain personal data only for as long as required for its purpose or statutory obligations.
Your rights.
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent with future effect and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
